SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing Time

Our standard processing window is between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) from the time of your order. Do note that we start processing orders as we receive them. We are closed on weekends and all U.S. federal holidays.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not refund orders and postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Return & exchange policy

We offer a 14-Day Shade Match Guarantee. If the foundation shade you ordered isn’t a great fit, we’ll grant you a one-time exchange for a single item in the same category of equal or lesser value at no shipping cost. Please let us know within 14 days of purchase; we will happily exchange it for a better choice.

 

The following products are eligible for an exchange as a part of our 14-Day Shade Match Guarantee program:

• Loose Mineral Foundation

 

The 14-Day Shade Match Guarantee program is available for U.S. customers only.

To start a return and exchange request, please reach out to us via email at support@lawsofnaturecosmetics.com. We will provide further instructions on how to ship the item to us.

 

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges.

 

Once we successfully receive and process the item, a replacement will ship to you between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

International Shipping

We do ship worldwide to select places around the globe. International shipping rates are available during checkout. We recommend you select Priority Mail International, not First Class International, for faster package delivery and improved tracking. In addition, freight-forwarding services help reduce shipping costs to international destinations.

 

Please note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur, nor lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

U.S. Holiday Shipping

Due to increased orders, processing times may extend beyond our standard 2-5 business day window.

Worldwide Express Shipping

When temperatures rise across the U.S. during the summer months, we recommend you ship express to prevent cream-based products (i.e., foundation) from being exposed to excessive heat for a prolonged period. We cannot control the climate during the shipping process. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate controlled.

 

Our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid in heated weather - this is sweating. It is NOT a ruined or spoiled product. It is perfectly safe to use. Some customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to set the product back to a firmer state.

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email at support@lawsofnaturecosmetics.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for products that become damaged after the 7-day window.
