Shipping and Delivery
Our standard processing window is between 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of your order. However, expect longer than usual processing and shipping times until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do note that we start processing orders as we receive them. We are closed on weekends and all federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not refund orders and postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

U.S. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Due to increased orders, processing times may extend beyond our standard 5-10 business day window.
U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE
When temperatures rise across the U.S. during the summer months, we recommend you ship express to prevent cream-based products (i.e., foundation) from being exposed to excessive heat for a prolonged period. We cannot control the climate during the shipping process. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate controlled.
Our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid in heated weather - this is sweating. It is NOT a ruined or rotten product. It is perfectly safe to use. Some customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to set the product back to a firmer state.
