If for some reason you were not satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly grant you a full refund (restrictions apply) or store credit.
Purchases as a result of the Find My Shade service, custom blend sample option, shipping/handling fees, sale items and standard samples are non-refundable. No exceptions.
When returning items to Laws of Nature Cosmetics® you have two options available:
- Be granted Laws of Nature Cosmetics® store credit to be used towards a future purchase (quickest).
- Be granted a full refund to your PayPal or bank account (see requirements below).
Guidelines for full returns:
- Item(s) must be unused and untampered with (original condition).
- Product packaging must be free of any visible wear and tear.
- You must notify Laws of Nature Cosmetics customer care within 72 hours of receipt of goods by emailing us. Use the subject line, "Return/Exchange Request".
- Return the product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Please be aware that orders returned after 7 days will not be refunded nor sent back to you. A return address will be provided in our response.
- Your payment for the goods will be refunded to your PayPal account or original payment source within 7 business days after we've received and approved the goods.
Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased on our website at lawsofnaturecosmetics.com.
