Shipping and Delivery
Effective on May 15th, 2020, we are now open and fully operational in accordance with State mandates for businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our standard processing window is up 5 business days from the time of your order. However, expect longer than usual processing and shipping times until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Do note that we start processing orders as we receive them. We are closed on weekends and all federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not refund orders and/or postage for lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages. If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

We do ship worldwide to most places around the globe. International shipping rates will be reflected at checkout. Please note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur, nor lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
U.S. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Due to an increase in orders, processing times may be extended beyond our standard 5 business day window.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE
During the summer months when temperatures rise across the US, we recommend you ship the next day to prevent cream-based products (i.e. foundation) from being exposed to excessive heat for a prolonged period of time. We cannot control the climate during the shipping process. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate controlled.
In heated weather our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid - this is referred to as sweating. This is NOT a ruined or rotten product. It is perfectly safe to use. Some of our customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to set the product back to the firmer state.
