Shipping and Delivery

Our standard processing window is up to 5 business days (excluding weekends) from the original order date for US (domestic) and International Customers. Do note that we start working on orders as soon as we receive them. However, in certain instances, we may run out of a particular ingredient and/or item in stock by the time your order gets processed which may cause a longer than usual processing times. If this is the case, we will let you know via email.

Please note: The "Shipping Method" you choose at checkout will determine how fast your order gets delivered to you after it has been shipped from our location. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

We do ship worldwide to most places around the globe. International shipping rates will be reflected at checkout. Please note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. 

All orders $50+ will receive free standard shipping. This offer is valid for US customers only.

Due to an increase in orders, processing times may be extended beyond our standard 5 business day window.

​During the summer months when temperatures rise across the US, we recommend you ship the next day to prevent cream-based products (i.e. foundation) from being exposed to excessive heat for a prolonged period of time. We cannot control the climate during the shipping process. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate controlled.

In heated weather our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid - this is referred to as sweating. This is NOT a ruined or rotten product. It is perfectly safe to use. Some of our customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to set the product back to the firmer state.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Please note: our standard payment system does not allow us to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses from the drop-down.

You must pay via a PayPal invoice sent by us. Please contact us to place the order. 

The format for military addresses is as follows:
City: Enter APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Depot Post Office).
State/Region: Enter the two-letter code “AE” for shipments going to Europe, Middle East, and Africa, “AP” for the Pacific zone, and “AA” for the Americas.
Zipcode: Enter the 5-digit zip code.
Country: Should always be the United States
