Processing Time

Our standard processing window is 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you place your order.

 

Please note that we begin processing orders upon receipt.

 

During sales/promotional periods, processing times may exceed our standard processing window.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not issue refunds for orders or postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, the customer must follow up with the postal carrier.

We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Mexico, and other select countries worldwide.

 

International shipping rates are available during checkout. We are not responsible for any duties, import, taxes, customs, or other charges you may incur, or for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

 

Freight-forwarding services help reduce shipping costs to international destinations.

 

Please note: Shipping to the following international destinations is unavailable at this time: All countries in the European Union (EU), Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, France, Germany, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

 

Express Shipping

When temperatures rise across the U.S. during the summer months, we recommend you ship express to prevent cream-based products (e.g., Cream-to-Powder Foundation and Complexion Stick) from being exposed to excessive heat for prolonged periods. We cannot control the climate during shipping. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate-controlled.
 
Our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid in heated weather—this is sweating. It is NOT a ruined or spoiled product and is safe to use. Some customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to return the product to a firmer state.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We do not offer full or partial refunds for orders or for postage on delivered, lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, the customer must follow up with the postal carrier.

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@lawsofnaturecosmetics.com within 7 days, and we’ll help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for products that become damaged after the 7-day window.
